目的了解汕头市中小学生生长发育及矮小情况,调查其病因并探索防治方法。方法对汕头市金平区7~14岁23927名学生进行生长发育指标的测量及体检,筛查出身高小于同年龄、同性别组2个标准差以上学生,抽取其空腹外周血检测三碘原氨酸(FT3),游离甲状腺素(FT4),促甲状腺素(TSH),生长激素(GH),并将发现的亚临床甲状腺功能减退者以随机、自愿为原则分为治疗组和对照组,比较其治疗效果。结果汕头市中小学生矮小身材检出率为1.01%,其中甲状腺功能减退疾病引起的矮小占矮身材检出率的9.9%。结论早期的甲状腺素治疗对甲状腺功能减退疾病引起的矮小有良好的治疗效果。如果能及时发现导致儿童矮小的原因并进一步治疗,对矮小少年儿童的生长发育有重要意义。
Objective To understand the growth and shortness of primary and secondary school students in Shantou, investigate their etiology and explore ways of prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 23927 students aged 7-14 years old in Jinping District of Shantou City were enrolled in the study.
