目的:探究五味子散、五味子散加姜枣和四神丸对脾虚泄泻作用机制的配伍组方差异性。方法:建立大黄致脾虚泄泻模型,设立空白组、模型组、参苓白术散组、五味子散组、五味子散加姜枣组、四神丸和四神汤组共7组。放免法检测大鼠十二指肠黏膜分泌型IgA(SIgA)、白介素-2(IL-2)的含量。结果:各给药组的SIgA、IL-2含量均较模型组升高。结论:五味子散组、五味子散加姜枣组、四神丸/汤组均能通过升高SIgA分泌量和IL-2含量,共同恢复细胞免疫和体液免疫功能而起作用,在升高脾虚泄泻大鼠IL-2含量方面,四神汤最优,其次为五味子散加姜枣,五味子散最差;在升高SIgA含量方面,五味子散加姜枣最优,五味子散最差。其作用效果之差异性可能与以下因素有关:(1)在升高IL-2含量方面,五味子散与二神丸配伍后体现了最佳的协同作用;五味子、吴茱萸与生姜、大枣配伍后亦体现了较好的协同作用;但单独应用五味子、吴茱萸协同作用并不显著。(2)在升高SIgA含量方面,五味子、吴茱萸与生姜、大枣具有协同作用。(3)在提高机体免疫力,调节全身免疫机能方面,生姜和大枣有重要的配伍作用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the differences in the compatibility of Wuweizi Powder, Wuweizi Powder, Jiangjuzao and Sishen Pills on the mechanism of spleen deficiency diarrhea. Methods: A model of diarrhea caused by rhubarb was established. The blank group, model group, Shenqi Baizhusan group, Wuweizi powder group, Wuweizi powder plus Jiangzao group, Sishenwan and Sishen Tang group were established. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the secretory IgA (SIgA) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) levels in duodenal mucosa of rats. Results: The contents of SIgA and IL-2 in all groups were higher than those in the model group. Conclusion: Wuweizisan group, Wuweizi powder plus Jiangzao group and Sishenwan/decoction group all can work together to increase cellular immunity and humoral immune function by increasing SIgA secretion and IL-2 content, increasing spleen deficiency discharge. In terms of IL-2 content in rats with diarrhea, Sishen Decoction was the best, followed by Wuweizi Powder plus Jiangzao, and Wuweizi Powder were the worst. In terms of increasing SIgA content, Wuweizi San added Jiangzao optimal and Wuweizi San was the worst. The effect of the difference may be related to the following factors: (1) In the increase of IL-2 content, Wuweizi San and the combination of Ershen Pills show the best synergy; Wuweizi, Wusong and ginger, jujube compatibility It also showed good synergy; however, the synergistic effect of Schisandra chinensis and Wujing alone was not significant. (2) In the aspect of increasing SIgA content, Schisandra chinensis, E. sinensis and ginger and jujube have a synergistic effect. (3) Ginger and jujube have important compatibility in improving immunity and regulating systemic immune function.
