课堂教学是一项非常复杂的活动,它涉及教师、学生、教学内容、教学媒介等多个方面,其中任何一个方面都会影响到课堂教学的质量。而在协调这些关系时,教师起主导作用。本研究以一次高中英语优质课比赛为例,从教学后方法的角度对多位教师在以上各方面的主导作用进行分析。结果发现各位教师在进步的同时还有些许不足。教师在应用各种教学方法的时候应该明确自己的教学对象,合理、灵活、综合地运用各种教学方法,而不是随波逐流,从教学方法的一个极端走向另一个极端。这就要求教师要继续提高自身综合素质来符合尽多的学生的学习需求。
Classroom teaching is a very complex activity that involves many aspects such as teachers, students, teaching contents and teaching media, and any one of them will affect the quality of classroom teaching. In coordinating these relationships, teachers play a leading role. This study takes a high school English class competition as an example to analyze the leading roles of multiple teachers in the above aspects from the perspective of teaching methods. As a result, we found that there are still some shortcomings in the progress of teachers. When applying various teaching methods, teachers should make their own teaching objects clear, and use various teaching methods reasonably, flexibly and comprehensively instead of drifting away from one extreme to another. This requires teachers to continue to improve their overall quality to meet the needs of as many students as possible.
