用x-射线光电子能谱法观察了不同条件下处理的CdS-Cu_2S薄膜电池样品Cu_2S层中铜的价态、Cd(Ⅱ)含量的相对变化以及CdS层中铜离子的扩散情况,对于研究此类电池电性能改变的原因提供了有用的线索。
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to observe the valence state of copper, the relative change of Cd (Ⅱ) content and the diffusion of copper ions in CdS layer in CdS-Cu_2S thin film samples treated with different conditions. The reasons for the change in the battery’s electrical properties provide useful clues.
