目的研究新合成的镧(Ⅲ)与N-(2-异丙酸)-邻羟基苯甲酰腙(C10H10N2O4,简称H2L)配合物的晶体结构及其生物活性。方法单晶培养用溶剂扩散法,结构用单晶衍射仪测试,生物活性用盆栽活体试验。结果得到了一个新的双核镧配合物的单晶,该晶体属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.908 19(19)nm,b=1.233 2(3)nm,c=1.325 1 nm,α=104.157(4)°,β=99.312(4)°,γ=108.911(3)°,Z=2,Dc=2.038 g/cm3,μ=2.504 mm-1,F(000)=789,最终偏差因子R1=0.040 1,wR2=0.106 2,GOF=1.016。配合物对小麦条锈病菌和白菜黑斑菌有较好的抑制效果,并对作物具有助长作用。结论新芳酰腙镧配合物晶体的制得为配位化学、稀土化学增添了新的内容,其良好的生物活性为其在农业上的应用提供了依据。
Aim To study the crystal structure and bioactivity of newly synthesized complexes of lanthanum (Ⅲ) with N- (2-isopropionic acid) -hydroxybenzoyl hydrazone (C10H10N2O4, H2L for short). Methods The single crystal was cultured by solvent diffusion method, the structure was tested by single crystal diffractometer and the biological activity was tested by in vivo pot experiment. As a result, a new single crystal of dinuclear lanthanum complex was obtained. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with P-1 space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 0.90819 (19) nm, b = 1.233 2 = 1.325 1 nm, α = 104.157 (4) °, β = 99.312 (4) °, γ = 108.911 (3) °, Z = 2, Dc = 2.038 g / cm3, μ = ) = 789, final deviation factor R1 = 0.0401, wR2 = 0.106 2, GOF = 1.016. The complex has good inhibitory effect on wheat stripe rust and cabbage black spot bacteria, and has a promoting effect on crops. Conclusions The preparation of novel aroyl hydrazone lanthanum complex crystals provides new information for coordination chemistry and rare earth chemistry, and its good biological activity provides the basis for its application in agriculture.
