目的:观察白介素一1β(IL-1β)对培养的人视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPEC)胶原合成的作用.方法:用3H一脯氨酸参人和免疫细胞化学方法观察IL-1β对培养的人RPEC胶原合成活性的影响.结果:IL-1β能增强RPEC令成胶原的活性.在10μg/L浓度使RPEC对3H一脯氨酸的摄取增加145%(P<0.05),并增加Ⅳ,Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原荧光染色结论:IL-lβ能刺激RPEC合成胶原.可能在增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的胶原沉积中起作用.
Objective: To observe the effect of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) on the collagen synthesis of cultured human retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPEC). Methods: The effects of IL-1β on the collagen synthesis activity of cultured human RPEC were observed by 3H-proline and immunocytochemistry.Results: IL-1β could enhance the activity of RPEC collagen. RPEC uptake of 3H-proline was increased by 145% (P <0.05) at 10 μg / L, and the staining of collagen type Ⅳ, Ⅰ and Ⅲ was increased. IL-1β stimulated RPEC synthesis. May play a role in the collagen deposition of proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
