目的探讨该地区女性宫颈高危型人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况及影响高危型HPV感染的相关因素。方法选取2010年1月-2013年12月间在该院进行健康查体的已婚或有性生活史的女性2 162例,利用第2代杂交捕获试验法对13种高危型HPV感染情况进行检测,分析高危型HPV感染情况与年龄、孕产次、宫颈和生殖道疾病的相关性。结果普查中检出HPV感染阳性495例,占22.89%。各年龄段HPV阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中18~24岁年龄段女性HPV感染率最高,其次为60~70岁年龄段。HPV阳性率随孕次的增加明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV阳性率在不同产次女性之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。宫颈正常者的HPV阳性率明显低于宫颈糜烂、肥大者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。生殖道感染尖锐湿疣者的HPV阳性率明显高于细菌性阴道炎、真菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎感染者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 18~24岁、60~70岁、高孕次、宫颈糜烂、肥大、生殖道感染尖锐湿疣者为高危型HPV的易感人群,应有针对性地对该类人群进行高危型HPV筛查。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of high risk HPV (HPV) infection in women in the area and the related factors affecting high risk HPV infection. Methods Twenty-two females with married or sexual life history from January 2010 to December 2013 were enrolled in the study. Thirteen high-risk HPV infections were detected by the second generation hybridization capture assay Detection, analysis of high-risk HPV infection and age, pregnancy, cervical and reproductive tract disease. Results In the census, 495 cases were positive for HPV infection, accounting for 22.89%. The positive rate of HPV in all age groups was significantly different (P <0.05). Among them, the HPV infection rate was the highest in women aged 18-24 years, followed by the age range of 60-70 years. The positive rate of HPV increased with the increase of second trimester, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HPV among different births (P> 0.05). Cervical normal HPV positive rate was significantly lower than cervical erosion, hypertrophy, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The HPV positive rate of genital tract infection condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than that of bacterial vaginitis, fungal vaginitis, trichomonas vaginitis infection, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions 18 to 24 years of age, 60 to 70 years of age, high pregnancy rate, cervical erosion, hypertrophy, genital tract infection condyloma acuminatum are high risk HPV susceptible population should be targeted for high risk HPV screening .
