聚氨酯泡沫由于其优异的绝热性能,获得了越来越广泛的应用。本文实验研究超低温条件下聚氨酯硬泡的性能,并采用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS进行模拟,为推动聚氨酯泡沫及其管道制品在输送超低温液体的工程应用方面提供科学依据。据查在我国,在超低温方面的应用研究尚未见报道。
Polyurethane foam has gained more and more widespread applications due to its excellent thermal insulation properties. In this paper, the performance of polyurethane foam under ultra-low temperature was experimentally studied and simulated by ABAQUS, a large general-purpose finite element software to provide a scientific basis for promoting the application of polyurethane foam and its pipeline products in transporting cryogenic liquid. According to the investigation in our country, application research on cryogenic temperature has not been reported yet.
