将上年化学诱变所得玉米材料 178,187和齐3 10 种植 ,分析了玉米的形态特征和生理代谢特性。结果表明 ,不同诱变玉米材料的幼苗性状都得到改良 ,但改良幅度不同。诱变玉米的种子萌发率提高 4 5 7%~ 14 5 6 % ,叶绿素含量提高 13 3%~ 17 7% ,硝酸还原酶活性提高 9 2 %~138 0 % ,叶片厚度增加 4 7%~ 30 3% ,气孔长度增加 1 3%~ 3 9% ,玉米 5 0日令幼苗的地上部和地下部生长量均增加 ,形成壮苗。可以认为秋水仙碱诱变处理 ,引起了玉米可遗传的有利变异。
The maize materials 178, 187 and Qi 3 10 from the chemical mutagenesis of the previous year were planted, and the morphological characteristics and physiological and metabolic characteristics of maize were analyzed. The results showed that seedling traits of different mutagenic maize materials were improved, but the improvement range was different. The germination rate of mutagenized maize increased by 45.7% -145.6%, chlorophyll content by 13.3% -177%, nitrate reductase activity by 92% -1380%, and leaf thickness by 47% -30% 3%, stoma length increased 13% ~ 39%, corn 50 days so that the growth of shoots aboveground and underground parts are increased, the formation of strong seedlings. Colchicine mutagenesis can be considered, resulting in a favorable genetic variation of maize.
