在当前新媒体时代,及时掌控舆情形势、应对公关危机,成为每个企业面临的新课题。电力企业应定期搜索涉及企业安全生产、环境保护、信访、企业形象、社会责任等方面信息和舆情,做到超前分析、研判,提前制定配套应急预案。一旦产生舆情突发事件要按照一般、较大和重大舆情分级处置的方式,起动不同的处置预案和工作流程。积极主动开展相应工作,解疑释惑,掌握话语权,并做好相应的应对工作,妥善处理舆情,平息舆情。
In the current era of new media, timely control of the public opinion situation, response to crisis of public relations has become a new topic for each business.
