在阐述突发事故应急物资调配相关理论的基础上,针对单救援点单灾害点的煤矿突发事故应急物资运输问题进行研究。考虑到时间紧迫和救援点有限,通过AHP和DEA法建立煤矿突发事故应急物资的运输模型,AHP法确定各运输路径的综合重要度,DEA法得出这些路径的最优效率评价指数,计算出综合权重选择最优路径。然后通过实例进行分析,为煤矿应急物资的运输问题提供了参考依据,有利于更好地指导煤矿企业应对突发事件。
On the basis of expatiating the relevant theory of contingency allocation of emergency, this paper studies the emergency transportation of emergency of coal mine accident with single disaster point. Considering the shortage of time and the limited rescue points, AHP and DEA methods are used to establish the transportation model of emergency materials for coal mine accidents. The comprehensive importance of each transportation route is determined by the AHP method. The DEA method obtains the optimal efficiency evaluation index of these routes. Out of the comprehensive weight choose the optimal path. Then, through the analysis of the examples, it provides a reference for the transportation of emergency materials in coal mines and helps to better guide coal miners to deal with emergencies.
