我们用毫米波照射小鼠,观察毫米波对小鼠外周血像及~(60)Coγ射线照射后骨髓细胞CFU—C生成量的影响。发现:①小鼠经36 GHz,1mW/cm~2毫米波照射15或30min,每天1次,连续5d,其外周血中白细胞和淋巴细胞均增加,在正常值以上波动,持续2周以上,只是在第11~13天,淋巴细胞明显下降至正常值以下。②用3mW/cm~2毫米波照射小鼠骨髓悬液30或60min,可见到骨髓CFU—C生成量增加。③对于小鼠经3Gy~(60)Coγ射线照射后,所致之骨髓细胞损伤,该毫米波有使之减轻的作用。
We used millimeter waves to irradiate mice and observe the effect of millimeter wave on the production of CFU-C in bone marrow cells after irradiation of mice with peripheral blood and ~(60)Co gamma rays.
