采用荧光素染色法和ACAS570型粘附细胞仪观察冬虫夏草水提液对正常心肌细胞内Ca2+的作用及对缺氧再给氧时细胞内Ca2+的影响。结果显示:冬虫夏草水提液能降低正常心肌细胞内Ca2+的浓度,减轻缺氧再给氧时细胞内Ca2+超载现象,二者均呈良好的量效关系。提示冬虫夏草水提液可能有减轻缺氧再给氧损伤的作用。
Fluorescein staining and ACAS570 adherent cytometer were used to observe the effects of aqueous extract of Cordyceps sinensis on Ca2+ in normal myocytes and the effect of intracellular Ca2+ on hypoxia reoxygenation. The results showed that the water extract of Cordyceps sinensis could reduce the concentration of Ca2+ in normal myocardial cells and reduce the intracellular Ca2+ overload during hypoxia and reoxygenation. Both showed a good dose-effect relationship. Tips Cordyceps sinensis water extract may reduce the role of hypoxia and oxygen damage.
