亚运村、望京地区二手房交易活跃 随着距2008年北京奥运会召开时间的缩短,亚运村地区也加紧了建设的步伐。北辰西路到整个奥运路网,一共要修建12条道路,再加上修建中的地铁5号线和规划中的奥运支线,这些不仅为奥运会提供了必要的交通保障,也为周边的居民提供了极大的方便。据“我爱我家”统计数据显示:今年一季度亚运村地区二手房的交易量与去年同期相比增长280%,其中以安慧里与安慧北里较为突出。与此同时,一季度望京地区二手房的交易量也较去年同期增长11O%,而其价格与去年同期相比并无太大变化,仍保持在4600-5000元/平方米。那么是什么原因导致两地区二手房行情如此看好呢?业内人士是这样分析的——
