风化煤腐植酸活化效果研究及其缓释肥生产工艺探讨

为提高风化煤中腐植酸的活化效率,采用氢氧化钾和熔融尿素的活化及络合工艺,对风化煤中的惰性腐植酸进行脲碱双效活化。结果显示,与未处理的样品相比,活化后的样品总腐植酸含量增加4.0%~6.4%,游离腐植酸含量增加2.6%~3.9%,水溶性腐植酸含量提高15.67~25.75倍。结合常规复合肥生产工艺,将脲碱活化后的腐脲液喷浆造粒,形成活性腐植酸缓释肥。该工艺将风化煤腐植酸双效活化与复合肥生产相结合,操作简单、成本低、生产能力大,具有极好的应用前景。 In order to improve the activation efficiency of humic acid in weathered coal, the active humic acid in weathered coal was activated with urea and alkali by activation and complexing process of potassium hydroxide and urea melt. The results showed that the total humic acid content of activated samples increased by 4.0% ~ 6.4%, free humic acid content increased by 2.6% ~ 3.9% and water-soluble humic acid content increased by 15.67 ~ 25.75 times compared with untreated samples. Combined with the conventional compound fertilizer production process, the urea-activated urea liquid is spray-granulated to form active humic acid sustained-release fertilizer. The process combines weathered coal humic acid double-effect activation and compound fertilizer production, simple operation, low cost and large production capacity, and has excellent application prospect.
