1病例资料患者男,55岁,因“反复气促、下肢水肿11个月,右下肢红肿疼痛9 d”于2011年10月9日入院。患者糖尿病史16年,冠心病史1年,7个月前植入4枚支架,发现肾功能不全1年。9 d前患者无明显诱因出现右足跟部疼痛,逐渐波及右踝部,局部明显红肿,无发热。就诊于当地医院,给予“头孢米诺、秋水仙碱、碳酸氢钠”等治疗后无明显缓解,红肿、疼 1 case data male patient, 55 years old, because of “repeated shortness of breath, lower extremity edema for 11 months, right lower extremity swelling and pain 9 d ” on October 9, 2011 admitted.
