一种新型直线旋转永磁作动器的分析与实验

现有的直线旋转作动器多采用直线作动器和旋转电机组合构成,结构复杂、控制精度差.该文提出了一种能实现独立或同时产生直线和旋转运动的新型直线旋转永磁作动器.分析了该作动器的结构特点和运行原理,建立了该作动器的圆弧直线等效磁路模型,推导出了旋转转矩和直线力的计算表达式.采用三维有限元方法分析了空载磁场分布,验证了磁路模型中定子永磁磁通的计算结果.最后,在所设计的样机上进行了原理性的验证,等效磁路法和有限元分析结果与实验数据吻合较好,表明等效磁路模型的计算精度能够满足工程设计分析的要求,所提新型LRPMA具有可行性.
