“无为而治”是儒、道两家共同追求的理想管理模式。朱熹讲的“无为”,并不是“什么都不做”的懒汉哲学,而是以“有为”求“无为”,即在“有为”的基础上达到“无为”的理想境界,这是儒家“无为而治”管理思想的真谛。儒家的“任官得其人”与“任贤故逸”的思想,同现代企业管理的“控制跨度”、“分级管理”和“黑箱艺术”是相通的,但它还不等于现代企业的“无为而治”的管理思想体系。
