目的探讨钙片及氨基酸对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法 90例生长发育迟缓的患儿,分成A、B和C三组。A组不给予药物干预,B组给予口服维D2磷葡钙片,C组给予维D2磷葡钙片加复方氨基酸颗粒。结果干预3个月后C组身高平均增长值高于A组。干预3个月后C组体重平均增长值高于A组;干预6个月后C体重平均增长值高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论维D2磷葡钙片加复方氨基酸颗粒能够较好的促进婴幼儿生长发育。
Objective To investigate the effects of calcium tablets and amino acids on the growth and development of infants and young children. Methods 90 cases of growth retardation in children, divided into A, B and C three groups. Group A was given no drug intervention, group B was given oral vitamin D2 phosphorus calcium tablets, and group C was given vitamin D2 phosphorus calcium tablets plus compound amino acid granules. Results The mean height growth of group C after 3 months intervention was higher than that of group A. The mean body weight gain in group C was higher than that in group A at 3 months after intervention. The mean increase in body weight C at 6 months after intervention was higher than that in group A and B (P <0.01). Conclusion Vitamin D2 calcium phosphate tablets plus compound amino acid particles can better promote infant growth and development.
