连续观测100例正常成人的门静脉CT测量值。门静脉直径平均(1347±232)mm;门静脉分叉部中心92%在T11T12水平。门静脉高压组门静脉直径平均(1734±259)mm,明显大于正常组(P<0.001);其分支短径也明显大于正常组(P<0.001)。门静脉分叉部中心94%在T10T11水平。门静脉及其分支短径的CT测量值是判断门静脉是否增粗的可靠指标;门静脉的CT测量可为TIPS术前定位提供解剖标志。
Continuous observation of 100 cases of normal adult portal vein CT measurements. Portal vein diameter average (13 47 ± 2 32) mm; portal vein bifurcation center 92% at T11 T12 level. The mean diameter of portal vein in portal hypertension was (1734 ± 259) mm, which was significantly larger than that in normal group (P <0.001). The short diameter of branch was also significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.001). 94% of portal vein bifurcation center in the level of T10 T11. The measurement of the short diameter of the portal vein and its branches is a reliable indicator of whether the portal vein is thickened. CT measurements of the portal vein provide an anatomical landmark for the preoperative positioning of the TIPS.
