已设计另一种浮选流程以处理西班牙索铁尔(Sotiel)矿山的复合硫化矿石,该矿石含铜、铅和锌分别为0.71%、2.24%和5.63%。在试验研究中考查了两种专门研制的合成捕收剂即甲基巯基苯并(口恶)唑(MM-BO)6n-两氧基-巯基苯并噻唑(PMBT)。MMBO捕收剂对经酸铜处理的矿石中的铜、锌矿物有特殊的作用,而PMBT捕收剂则对矿石中的铅有特殊的作用。通过粗选作业研究了浮选的操作变量(如pH、起泡剂类型、起泡剂用量及给矿粒度),以确定使用这两种新捕收剂的最佳条件。最佳条件确定后,便用不同的给矿粒度条件进行了一系列的开路浮选试验,试验的目的是为获取高品位的铜、锌精矿。开路浮选试验结果表明,所得的铜精矿含铜为18%~23%;锌精矿含锌为40%~48%。
Another flotation process has been devised to treat the composite sulphide ore at the Sotiel mine in Spain containing 0.71%, 2.24% and 5.63% copper, lead and zinc, respectively. Two specially developed synthetic collectors, methylmercaptobenzothiazole (MM-BO) 6n-dioxy-mercaptobenzothiazole (PMBT), were investigated in the pilot study. MMBO collectors have a special effect on copper and zinc minerals in acid-treated ores, while PMBT collectors have a special effect on lead in ores. The flotation operating variables (eg, pH, type of frother, amount of frother, and feed particle size) were studied through a rougher operation to determine the optimum conditions for using the two new collectors. After the optimum conditions were determined, a series of open-circuit flotation tests were carried out with different feed grain size conditions in order to obtain high-grade copper and zinc concentrates. Open-circuit flotation test results show that the copper concentrate obtained from 18% to 23% copper; zinc concentrate containing zinc from 40% to 48%.
