目的研究二氢杨梅素β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法运用紫外分光光度计,采用正交实验法,以包合温度、包合时间、β-环糊精与二氢杨梅素的比例为考察因素,以二氢杨梅素包合率为指标,优选包合的最佳工艺。结果β-环糊精包合二氢杨梅素的最佳制备工艺为:包合温度为70℃,包合时间为60 min,β-环糊精与二氢杨梅素为1∶2.5。结论优选的β-环糊精包合工艺简单,方便实用。
Objective To study the best technology of inclusion of dihydromyricetin β-cyclodextrin. Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the inclusion ratio of β -cyclodextrin and dihydromyricetin by using orthogonal test to determine the inclusion temperature, inclusion time, and the inclusion rate of dihydromyricetin Inclusion of the best technology. Results The optimum preparation conditions of β-cyclodextrin inclusion dihydromyricetin were as follows: inclusion temperature 70 ℃, inclusion time 60 min, β-cyclodextrin and dihydromyricetin 1: 2.5. Conclusion The preferred β-cyclodextrin inclusion process is simple and convenient.
