对汽车覆盖件用6016铝合金进行了不同时间的预时效处理,并进行烘烤硬化。采用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了微观组织,差示扫描量热器测试了DSC曲线,并对其强度进行了测试。结果表明:随预时效时间的延长,屈服强度和抗拉强度均呈现逐渐降低的趋势,烤漆处理后,二者均发生了明显的提高,并且预时效时间越长,烘烤后强度的提升越高;预时效处理后,原子团簇溶解-吸热峰推迟出现,GP区和β″相析出-放热峰值温度略有降低,预时效处理抑制了后续自然停放过程中生成原子团簇与GP区,同时有利于车身板BH值提高。
The 6016 aluminum alloy for automotive panels was pre-treated at various times and bake hardened. The microstructure was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.
