目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月在广东省佛山市南海区人民医院心内科治疗的糖尿病合并高血压患者120例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组患者口服厄贝沙坦片,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、血压血糖变化、血肌酐、血尿常规及肾功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量均明显低于对照组,肾小球滤过率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者血压水平,改善肾脏功能,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 120 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in Department of Cardiology, Nanhai District People’s Hospital of Foshan City, Guangdong Province were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, each 60 cases . Patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan tablets orally. Patients in the observation group were treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, blood pressure and blood glucose, serum creatinine, hematuria and renal function, adverse reactions What happened? Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (All P <0.05). The serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension have significant clinical effects, which can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients and improve renal function with high safety.
