本文根据国内外及鞍钢高炉生产实践,结合高炉解剖调查、高炉开炉前料面测量及回旋区深度测定等,讨论了低燃料比高炉最佳气流分布型式及其与高炉炉容、原料性能等的关系。认为在目前条件下随原料性能改善,应谋求较为平坦的双峰式曲线及“W”、低“倒 V”型软熔带。气流分布及软熔带型式的控制主要是改变鼓风参数以使回旋区深度适宜及采用不同的装料方法来获得适宜的炉喉矿焦比分布。改善原燃料的高温性能和粒度组成是获得最佳气流分布的基础。
