核岛厂房的一大特点是模块化设计,以钢板-混凝土模块墙结构取代传统的钢筋混凝土结构。正常情况下,模块墙上需要布置大量的OLP型预埋件以连接其它结构构件,如支撑工艺管道、设备、操作平台等。而对于承受较小荷载的支架,采用OLP型预埋件时,安全裕度过大。为优化设计和简化施工,提出将支架直接焊接到模块墙上,通过计算分析验证其可行性,并给出支架许用荷载值的判断公式,该方法优化了支架设计方法,充分发挥了材料的强度,具有较强的工程应用价值。
One of the main features of the nuclear island plant is its modular design, replacing traditional reinforced concrete structures with steel-concrete modular wall structures. Under normal circumstances, the module wall layout of a large number of OLP embedded parts to connect other structural components, such as support for process piping, equipment, operating platforms.
