成人教育是一种重要的教育形式。笔者发现近几年来成人教育的到课率逐渐下降,究其原因主要有学习目的不明确、单位不支持、。课程设置欠合理及管理力度不够。针对上述因素提出一些整改意见,以提高成人教育的教学质量。 Adult education is an important form of education. The author finds that in recent years the rate of graduation of adult education has dropped gradually. The reasons for this are mainly the unclear purpose of learning and the lack of support by the unit. Curriculum set up less than reasonable and management is not enough. In view of the above factors put forward some suggestions for rectification, in order to improve the quality of adult education.
