知识经济的运作使现有企业组织结构面临着挑战和创新,曾经普遍采用的科层制组织模式正在被一种新型的扁平化组织模式所取代。企业组织结构从“金字塔”向扁平化管理的转变,已成为企业管理模式变革不可阻档的潮流,标志着企业发展已全面进入扁平化管理时代。本文首先介绍扁平化组织结构的概念、特征及产生的原因,在此基础上用经济学理论分析企业组织结构扁平化趋势,指出组织结构扁平化的优势与不足,最后提出怎样构建企业扁平化组织架构。
The operation of knowledge-based economy has challenged and innovated the existing organizational structure. The bureaucratic model that has been widely adopted is being replaced by a new model of flat organization. The transformation of enterprise organizational structure from “pyramid” to flat management has become an irresistible trend in the transformation of enterprise management mode, which indicates that the enterprise development has entered the era of flat management. This paper first introduces the concept of flat organizational structure, characteristics and causes, on this basis, the use of economic theory analysis of the trend of flat organizational structure, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of flat organizational structure, and finally proposed how to build enterprise flat organization Architecture.
