宣传是形象塑造,也是价值观念的形成。对于国企发展而言,企业性质决定其运行与发展必须符合当前的主流文化价值观念,符合社会主义核心价值观。目前,国企党组织十分重视宣传效用,党委亲自主抓宣传工作。本文将从宣传工作的基本内容及特征出发,分析当前提升党委宣传工作效率的几种有效策略。
Propaganda is shaping the image, but also the formation of values. For the development of state-owned enterprises, the nature of enterprises determines that their operation and development must conform to current mainstream cultural values and conform to the core values of socialism. At present, the state-owned party organizations attach great importance to the effectiveness of propaganda, and the party committees are their own advocators. Based on the basic contents and features of the propaganda work, this article analyzes several effective strategies to enhance the efficiency of propaganda work of Party committees.
