世界经济运行的基本情况 一、经济增长逐步加快 从经济运行过程看,世界经济增速从二季度起开始加快,扭转了一季度低速增长的运行态势。进入二季度,美国和日本经济加速回升,其中,美国经济增长3.3％,日本增长0.9％,分别比一季度高出1.9和0.4个百分点,欧元区经济出现负增长,为下降0.1％,一季度为零增长。三季度美国经济增长7.2％,欧元区增长0.4％,日本增长0.6％。
