初中英语教学应面向全体学生,尊重全体学生在英语学习过程中所表现出的个体差异。逐渐由传统单一的教学模式转变为以学生为主体、教师为主导,以丰富的教学形式为途径的教学体系。然而现阶段英语教学实践活动中仍然存在学生两极分化严重的教学现状,严重影响初中英语教学的整体水平和学生综合运用能力的提高。因此,分层教学法在初中英语教学中的应用能够满足这一要求,使英语教学实践活动面向每一个教学个体,充分调动全体学生的学习兴趣,促进初中英语教学水平的提升。
Junior high school English teaching should be for all students, respect for all students in English learning process demonstrated by the individual differences. Gradually from the traditional single teaching mode into a student-centered, teacher-led, with rich teaching methods as a way to the teaching system. However, there is still a serious teaching situation of students ’polarization in English teaching practice at this stage, which seriously affects the overall level of junior high school English teaching and students’ comprehensive utilization ability. Therefore, the application of stratified pedagogy in junior high school English teaching can meet this requirement, make English teaching practice oriented to each individual teaching, fully mobilize the interest of all students and promote the improvement of junior high school English teaching.
