目的探讨IGF-IR反义寡核苷酸对食管癌EC9706细胞中IGF-IR蛋白表达的影响。方法采用免疫组化法SP法,检测各组EC9706细胞中IGF-IR的蛋白表达及观察IGF-IR反义寡核苷酸对EC9706细胞中IGF-IR蛋白表达的影响。结果IGF-IR蛋白在EC9706细胞中呈阳性表达;3条IGF-IR反义寡核苷酸转染的EC9706细胞中IGF-IR蛋白表达,差异无显著性(P>0.05),但均显著低于无关寡核苷酸转染组及无转染组(P<0.05)。结论IGF-IR反义寡核苷酸可抑制食管癌EC9706细胞中IGF-IR蛋白表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of IGF-IR antisense oligonucleotide on the expression of IGF-IR protein in EC9706 esophageal cancer cells. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of IGF-IR in EC9706 cells and the effect of IGF-IR antisense oligonucleotide on the expression of IGF-IR in EC9706 cells. Results The expression of IGF-IR protein in EC9706 cells was positive. The expression of IGF-IR protein in EC9706 cells transfected by three IGF-IR antisense oligonucleotides showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), but both were significantly lower In unrelated oligonucleotide transfected group and non-transfected group (P <0.05). Conclusion IGF-IR antisense oligonucleotide can inhibit the expression of IGF-IR protein in EC9706 cells.
