对某折叠翼所采用的金属橡胶缓冲器的设计参数进行了研究。本文采用准静态接触有限元分析与ADAMS动力学仿真结合的方法,将刚体动力学接触碰撞刚度与有限元接触刚度相融合,确定了等效的缓冲装置线弹性材料参数,最后得到了不同驱动力与缓冲装置组合下折叠机构展开到位的冲击载荷,可为展开机构设计及缓冲装置工程研制提供参考。
The design parameters of the metal rubber buffer adopted by a folding wing were studied. In this paper, by combining the quasi-static contact finite element analysis and ADAMS dynamic simulation, the rigid-body dynamic contact-impact stiffness and the finite element contact stiffness are combined to determine the equivalent linear elastic-material parameters of the cushioning device. Finally, different driving forces In combination with the cushioning device, the impact load of the folding mechanism deployed in place can provide reference for the design of the deployment mechanism and the development of the cushioning device engineering.
