我们于1982年底,在武汉体育学院对9名运动员练彭祖功前后的心输出量的变化进行了测试,旨在探索气功对运动后心机能的影响和消除疲劳的作用,现报告于下。 方 法 一、对象的选择:选定的运动员中有运动成绩较好,训练时间较长者,也者训练时间较短,运动成绩一般的运动员共9名,男5名,女4名。年龄最小者13岁,最大者19岁,平均16.6岁。经过专业运动训练的时间为1年—3.5年,平均2.2年。运动等级:1级1名,2级7名,3级1名。运动专业:举重5人,田径2人,划船2人。
