管理创新不受专利保护,减少了企业模仿或引进障碍,因此在已有管理实践或方法的基础上结合企业内部资源引进、调整并实施的现象普遍存在。在引进决策过程中,内部促进者或企业核心管理者无疑起着关键作用。因此,在相关文献分析和总结的基础上,从与内部促进者密切相关的企业家导向、社会资本和认知偏差三个角度建立管理创新引进机制框架,并提出假设:一是企业家导向影响创新意愿,从而提升管理创新引进水平;二是社会资本通过影响知识搜寻影响管理创新引进水平;三是认知偏差导致风险感知偏低,进而影响管理创新引进水平。
Management innovation is not subject to patent protection, reducing the imitation of enterprises or the introduction of barriers, so the existing management practices or methods based on the combination of internal resources, the introduction, adjustment and implementation of the prevalence of the phenomenon. In the introduction of decision-making process, the internal facilitator or the core of the enterprise manager undoubtedly plays a key role. Therefore, based on the analysis and conclusion of related literatures, this paper establishes the framework of the management innovation introduction mechanism from the perspectives of entrepreneurial orientation, social capital and cognitive bias closely related to internal facilitators and puts forward the hypothesis: First, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation Innovation and willingness to enhance the level of introduction of management innovation; second, social capital influences the introduction of management innovation by influencing knowledge search; thirdly, cognitive bias leads to low perception of risk, which in turn affects the level of introduction of management innovation.
