本文简要阐述了氢型丝光沸石(简称HM)作为选择性红外辐射材料的理论基础,并介绍了以江浮石为原料合成钠丝光沸石(简称NaM)的方法、条件以及转化为氢型丝光沸石的方法和途径。对由不同原料所制备出的HM进行了红外辐射性能的研究;对典型湿润表面进行了红外烘烤实效测试;与国内通用的碳化硅进行了对比。实验结果表明:HM对于烘烤含水物质,是一种良好的选择性红外辐射材料。
In this paper, the theoretical basis of hydrogen-type mordenite (abbreviated as HM) as a selective infrared radiation material is briefly described. The method for synthesizing sodium mordenite (abbreviated as NaM) using kryptonite as raw material and the conditions for the conversion into hydrogen type mordenite Methods and ways. The infrared radiation performance of HM prepared from different raw materials was studied. The infrared curing test of typical wetted surface was carried out. Compared with the common silicon carbide in China. Experimental results show that HM is a good selective infrared radiation material for baking water-containing materials.
