本文通过测量砂浆内的相对湿度和孔分布,研究了砂浆孔隙水在负温下结冰的规律。实验表明,在相同温度下,不同水灰比、不同饱水量的砂浆内部的相对湿度非常接近,说明砂浆孔隙水是否结冰由孔径大小决定,与孔隙率和孔径分布无关;在0℃~-10℃之间,砂浆孔隙水结冰量最大,是冻害发生的主要温度区间;在各负温下每种砂浆的未冻水含量是这种砂浆的固有性质,与砂浆饱水量的大小无关。
In this paper, by measuring the relative humidity and pore distribution in the mortar, the regularity of freezing of the pore water of the mortar under negative temperature was studied. Experiments show that at the same temperature, the relative humidity of the mortars with different water-cement ratios and different water saturations is very close, which indicates whether the pore water of the mortar is determined by the pore size, and has nothing to do with the porosity and pore size distribution; at 0°C~- Between 10 °C, the pore ice water of the mortar is the largest, which is the main temperature range of frost damage. The unfrozen water content of each mortar at each negative temperature is the inherent property of the mortar, and has nothing to do with the size of the mortar.
