学生处理信息的过程可分为以下四个阶段：1、信息定向阶段；2、信息获得阶段；3、信息加工阶段；4、信息反馈阶段。教师帮助学生完成处理信息的四个阶段，除了要掌握信息过程的特点外，还应注意以下三个问题：1．启发学生学会选择和利用信息；2指导学生收集、处理信息。3．要善于培养学生信息自我反馈的能力。此外，教师还应注意以下问题：1．掌握信息量的大小；2．把握刺激物的新异性和强度；3．消除噪音的影响。
