设计了基于T i公司TM S320vc5509数字信号处理器的超声波探伤系统,介绍了超声信号的高速采集,U SB总线的高速数据传输。根据探伤要求对超声信号进行了实时的采集、处理和显示。为了保证超声信号的实时采集和显示采用了多线程技术。
The ultrasonic flaw detection system based on TM S320vc5509 digital signal processor of T i Company is designed. High speed data acquisition of ultrasonic signal and high speed data transmission of U SB bus are introduced. Ultrasonic signals were collected, processed and displayed in real time according to the inspection requirements. In order to ensure real-time ultrasonic signal acquisition and display using multi-threaded technology.
