目的:了解北京市西城区《出生医学证明》管理现状及出生人口特点,探讨科学管理模式,提高妇幼保健质量。方法:通过计算机信息系统对2013年1月1日~12月31日在北京市西城区各级助产机构签发与换发的全部《出生医学证明》进行数据导出并与助产机构核对后,运用统计学方法进行统计学分析。结果:①北京市西城区《出生医学证明》的首次签发率为92.70%,废证率为0.46%;②2013年出生人口健康状况良好者占99.43%,出生男女性别比为107;平均分娩孕周为38.75周;平均出生身长为49.83 cm;平均体重为3 303.77 g,平均分娩年龄为30.28岁;③2013年的剖宫产率为45.09%,阴道助产率为4.78%,剖宫产率随产妇分娩年龄的增大而增高,剖宫产率在早产儿、足月儿和过期产儿3组间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=112.962,P<0.05)。结论:2013年西城区助产机构《出生医学证明》的首次签发率和废证率管理规范,新生儿出生自然情况部分优于全国平均水平,但应进一步做好孕产期保健,提高助产技术,降低剖宫产率,保障母婴安全。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the management status of “medical certificate of birth” and the characteristics of the birth population in Xicheng District of Beijing, discuss the scientific management mode and improve the quality of maternal and child health care. Methods: After the data of all “birth medical certificates” issued and renewed by midwives of all levels in Beijing Xicheng District from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 were analyzed by computer information system and checked with the midwifery, Using statistical methods for statistical analysis. Results: ① The first medical certificate of birth was born in Xicheng District, Beijing with a rate of 92.70% and a negative certificate rate of 0.46%. ② The healthy population in 2013 was 99.43%, and the sex ratio at birth was 107. The average gestational age The average birth weight was 3 303.77 g and the average age of childbirth was 30.28 years old; ③The cesarean section rate in 2013 was 45.09% and the vaginal delivery rate was 4.78%. Conclusion: In 2013, the first birth rate and invalid rate of evidence of “medical certificate of birth” in the midwifery of Xicheng District were better than the national average. However, the natural conditions at birth were better than the national average.
