哈大齐工业走廊的构建对促进黑龙江省乃至东北地区的经济发展和振兴东北老工业基地具有重要意义。哈大齐三地现在处于不同的工业发展阶段,产业结构也不相同,为加速哈大齐工业走廊建设,应实行三地区域经济一体化,发展各自特色的产业,创造良好的投资环境。
The construction of Harbin-Dalian industrial corridor is of great significance to promoting the economic development of Heilongjiang Province and even the northeast region and rejuvenating the northeast old industrial base. The three places in Harbin-Datu are now at different stages of industrial development with different industrial structures. To speed up the construction of the Harbin-Datong industrial corridor, economic integration among the three regions should be implemented to develop industries with unique characteristics and create a sound investment environment.
