目的探讨甘草甜素对小鼠皮肤朗格汉斯细胞的影响。方法甘草甜素、生理盐水和地塞米松每日1次腹腔注射后在不同时间点获取耳部皮肤。用免疫组化技术检测小鼠表皮中的朗格汉斯细胞。结果①甘草甜素5 mg/kg、10 mg/kg及地塞米松1 mg/kg用药3 d后和1周后与用药0 d相比,朗格汉斯细胞密度显著降低。②甘草甜素80 mg/kg用药3 d后和1周后与用药0 d相比,朗格汉斯细胞密度显著升高。③用药4周后甘草甜素对朗格汉斯细胞密度的影响渐弱。结论甘草甜素对朗格汉斯细胞密度具有双相调节作用。低剂量使朗格汉斯细胞密度降低,高剂量使朗格汉斯细胞密度升高。
Objective To investigate the effect of glycyrrhizin on Langerhans cells in mouse skin. METHODS: Ear skin was obtained at different time points after intraperitoneal injection of glycyrrhizin, normal saline, and dexamethasone once daily. Langerhans cells in the mouse epidermis were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results 1 The Langerhans cell density was significantly reduced after 3 days of treatment with glycyrrhizin 5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg and 1 mg/kg of dexamethasone, and 1 week after drug administration. 2 The cell density of Langerhans’ cells was significantly increased after 3 days of treatment with glycyrrhizin 80 mg/kg and after 1 week compared with 0 d treatment. 3 The effect of glycyrrhizin on the cell density of Langerhans’ cells became weak after 4 weeks of treatment. Conclusion Glycyrrhizin has dual-phase regulation on Langerhans cell density. Low doses reduce the density of Langerhans cells, and high doses increase Langerhans cell density.
