激光冲击强化(又称激光喷丸)(LSP)通过强激光诱导的冲击波在金属材料表层引入残余压应力,从而抑制疲劳裂纹的萌生和发展,是一种新型的金属表面强化技术。介绍了激光冲击强化的机理和特点以及国内外的发展现状。着重分析了该技术在应用推广中亟待解决的设备研制、工艺改进等关键问题。总结了激光冲击强化技术在改善金属疲劳性能方面的应用前景。
Laser Shock Reinforcement (LSP) is a new type of metal surface strengthening technology that uses laser induced shock waves to introduce residual compressive stresses on the surface of metal materials to suppress the initiation and development of fatigue cracks. The mechanism and characteristics of laser shock and its development at home and abroad are introduced. Emphatically analyzed the key issues that need to be solved in the application and popularization of the technology, such as equipment development, process improvement and so on. Summarized the application of laser shock enhancement technology in improving the fatigue properties of metal.
