目前静态绝对法测量齿轮分度误差效率太低,特别对多齿数齿轮,往往由于测量时间过长,测试条件变化使测量难于成功。为了满足高精度、多齿数、中、小模数齿轮的测试需要,建立了一台高精度齿轮分度误差绝对法检测装置。其中着重研制了一种新型定位机构,使该装置测齿效率高,稳定性比较好和使用方便。本文概述了仪器组成部分并介绍了测试误差的试验、分析和计算。
At present, the static absolute method to measure the gear indexing error is too inefficient. Especially for the multi-tooth gear, the measurement is difficult to succeed due to the long measurement time and the change of the test conditions. In order to meet the needs of high-precision, multi-teeth, medium and small modulus gear test, a high precision gear indexing absolute error detection device was established. Which focused on the development of a new positioning mechanism, so that the device tooth detection efficiency, stability and ease of use. This article provides an overview of the instrument components and describes the testing, analysis, and calculation of test errors.
