选择生活力分别为92.6%和85.0%的两批活力不同的红松(Pinus koraiensis Sieb at Zucc)种子,进行四种处理的电导率试验:(1)休眠干种子的种胚;(2)浸水吸涨的休眠种子各部位;(3)经15—20℃混沙催芽二个月种子的胚;(4)人工老化处理1天、2天、4天的吸涨休眠种子种胚。试验结果表明,干种子胚的电导率与种子活力成负相关,而吸涨种子种胚,经催芽处理的种胚及人工老化处理吸涨休眠种子的种胚的电导率与种子活力成正相关。电导率法评价红松种子活力与其是否解除休眠无关。干种子胚电导率法评价红松种子的活力简单、快速、可靠,建议在种苗生产中推广应用。
Two batches of seeds of Pinus koraiensis Sieb at Zucc with 92.6% and 85.0% viability were selected and tested for electrical conductivity in four treatments: (1) embryo dormancy of dry seeds, (2) water immersion (3) Embryos of two-month seed germinated by sand mixing at 15-20 ℃; (4) Absorption and dormancy seed embryos of 1, 2 and 4 days after artificial aging treatment. The results showed that the conductivity of seed embryos was negatively correlated with seed vigor, but the seed embryos of imbibed seed embryos, germinated embryos and artificial aging treatments were positively correlated with seed vigor. Conductivity assessment of Korean pine seed vigor and whether it is dormancy has nothing to do. The evaluation of the seed vigor of Korean pine seeds by embryo conductivity method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is suggested that it should be popularized and applied in seed production.
