油田注水管网系统属于大规模复杂网络系统。由于注水系统长期运行,管线普遍存在老化结垢等问题,从而导致管网系统水力摩阻系数发生改变,使得仿真模型得出的结果和真实值会有较大的偏差。为了解决这一问题,本文建立了油田注水管网系统的仿真校正模型。通过把由于水力参数改变而导致的误差转化为等效管长的思想,将误差求解问题转化为优化问题,利用列队竞争算法来进行求解。校正后的仿真计算结果与实际生产数据更相符。校正后的仿真模型为油田注水操作提供可靠的指导。
Oilfield water pipe network system is a large-scale complex network system. Due to the long-term operation of waterflooding system, the problems of aging fouling generally exist in the pipeline, which leads to the change of hydraulic friction coefficient of pipeline system, which leads to great deviation of the simulation model from the real value. In order to solve this problem, this paper established a simulation model of oil field water injection pipe network system. By transforming the error caused by the change of hydraulic parameters into the equivalent pipe length, the error solving problem is transformed into an optimization problem and the queuing competition algorithm is used to solve the problem. The corrected simulation results are more in line with the actual production data. The corrected simulation model provides reliable guidance for oilfield waterflood operations.
