以圆锥凸台为研究对象,有限元软件ABAQUS为模拟平台,成形件的回弹量为研究指标,采用正交试验法分析了工具头半径、层间距、工具头速度及其之间的交互作用对回弹量的影响;基于模拟结果进行了非线性回归分析,建立了针对工艺参数的回弹量非线性预测模型。最后对该预测模型进行了实验验证,结果表明,该模拟结果与实验结果吻合,证明可通过调整工艺参数来控制渐进成形零件的回弹量,该方法对于提高板材渐近成形技术的成形质量具有重要意义。
Taking the conical bosses as the research object, the finite element software ABAQUS is used as the simulation platform and the springback of the forming parts is the research index. The orthogonal experiment is used to analyze the radius of the tool head, the layer spacing, the tool head speed and the interaction between them On the amount of springback. Based on the simulation results, a nonlinear regression analysis was carried out to establish a nonlinear prediction model of the springback for the process parameters. Finally, the model is validated by experiments. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
