为进一步推进城中村改造,笔者以广州市荔湾区为主要观察对象,对其21个城中村各经济联社的社员、干部和外来务工人员进行了问卷调查和个别访谈。问卷调查采用随机抽样原则,共发放问卷500份,有效回收率为98.4%。从调查数据看,82.66%的干部和社员对本村经济发展感到＂满意＂或＂比较满意＂,
