目的:探讨护理专业以器官系统为中心医学基础融通教学的应用效果。方法:选择我院2014级高职护理专业学生110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例,分为两个班组。对照组学生按常规方式进行医学基础授课,观察组采用以器官系统为中心的医学基础融通教学,两班组学生医学基础授课完成后均行考核,比较两组学生考核成绩。结果:观察组呼吸与泌尿系统、消化与神经系统和循环、代谢与内分泌系统各门得分和总分,均显著高于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。结论:以器官系统为中心医学基础融通教学应用于护理专业授课中应用效果良好,有助于提升学生综合素质,应推广使用该教学模式。
Objective: To explore the application of nursing based on the medical system based on organ system. Methods: A total of 110 college nursing students from 2014 to 2014 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 55 cases divided into two groups. The students in the control group conducted the medical basic teaching according to the conventional method. The observation group used the basic medical education based on the organ system. After the medical basic teaching of the two groups was completed, the examination was conducted and the scores of the students in the two groups were compared. Results: The score and total score of respiration and urinary system, digestive and nervous system, circulatory system, metabolism and endocrine system in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, P <0.05. CONCLUSION: The application of medical basic facilities teaching centered on organ system in nursing teaching has good effect, which helps to improve students’ overall quality. The teaching mode should be promoted.
