Many students wrote in a letter that they are particularly anxious when confronted with things. For example, they have to rest hard on exams and shudder when speaking to the podium. Can these problems be overcome? Anxiety refers to people’s unpleasant emotional reactions to the adverse environment in which they live. Anxiety is a kind of “protective reaction” due to anxiety and forcing people to initiate their subjective desire to evade or get out of this bad environment.
